CNM Estates purchased the buildings housing the former Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores in Walton-on-Thames in May 2022. Planning has been submitted for 40 serviced apartments, a 109-desk serviced office, and an ancillary/café space.
The aim of the plans is to re-invigorate the high street and create a community hub that will prove highly beneficial for both individuals and local businesses.
