CNM Estates will be attending the London Real Estate Forum, in Berkley Square, this week.
The property investment and development company are sponsoring the Central London Development bar, placing their brand in a prime location at the capital’s premier real estate exhibition.
Wahid Samady, chairman of CNM Estates, will be speaking on the panel debate: Sutton, Kingston and Croydon - What next for South London, at 10am on Thursday. Later in the day he will also be contributing to the NLA round-table debate on modular construction, at 12noon.
It promises to be a big few days for CNM Estates, with the launch of Sutton Point following LREF on Friday, 15 June.
The new landmark development, set in a prime location near to Sutton Station, comprises beautifully designed towers which provide space for 332 residential apartments, over 21,000 sq ft of retail and 18,000 sq ft of office space.
116 premium apartments, ranging from studios up to three-bedroom penthouses, located in the main Central Tower, are available to purchase through Knight Frank and Barnard Marcus, with prices starting from £280,000.
CNM Estates sold the 20 storey East Tower, consisting of 180 units, at Sutton Point to Invesco Real Estate (IRE) last year as a private rented sector (PRS) scheme. CNM are keen to facilitate similar deals in the future and have a strong pipeline of build-to-rent units for delivery in 2018/19.
The company can also now officially announce they have signed an agreement in principle with AccorHotels to bring a strong, diversified hospitality offer to the site by managing 59 serviced apartments under its Adagio aparthotel brand, plus a 99-room hotel under the group’s successful ibis brand.
AccorHotels is a world-leading travel & lifestyle group and digital innovator, offering unique experiences in more than 4,300 hotels, resorts and residences, as well as in over 10,000 of the finest private homes around the globe.
Sutton Point will be the first of a new line of serviced apartments for CNM, marking the beginning of a move into the hospitality sector.
Ten days after Sutton Point, CNM Estates will be launching another of its major projects.
VERTO is located in the centre of Reading on the river Kennet, 40 miles from London and just a 24-minute train journey away from Paddington Station. The site will provide a new high-quality mixed-use development featuring a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, a restaurant, on-site parking and new public realm.
The accommodation will be available for occupation this autumn.
Wahid Samady, chairman of CNM Estates, said: “This is a really exciting time for the business with two of our major developments launching before the end of the month and LREF just around the corner. We are looking forward to meeting new potential business partners at the event and discovering new opportunities as CNM Estates continues to grow and evolve.”
